I actually do live in the U.S., but at the time I read this post and then went and checked the U.S. page, Risen was not listed as $.99, even though Fallen was. I apologize for the confusion on my part. I do hope you get a lot of life-long readers out of this, as it is very generous of you to offer your work for free to international readers.
